Questions about the packages
Am I locked into a contract?
No. These are recurring service plans, not long-term contracts. You can change or cancel your plan by calling us at 864-235-9611.
What happens if pests come back between visits?
We come back out and re-treat at no cost to you. That guarantee covers every recurring plan on this page. It's the whole point of paying quarterly instead of one job at a time.
Can I pay monthly instead of quarterly?
Yes. Every package shows both figures. The quarterly price is what's billed per service visit, and the monthly price spreads that same amount across the quarter.
Are bees covered?
Wasps, hornets and yellow jackets are covered under stinging insect treatment, within 10 ft. of the home and up to 20 ft. up. Honeybees and carpenter bees are not covered — honeybees are pollinators we'd rather see relocated than killed, and carpenter bees are wood-destroying insects that need their own treatment. Call us and we'll talk you through the options.
Which package should I choose?
If you mostly want the everyday pests handled, Essential covers it. If termites are on your mind, Enhanced adds an annual inspection and Ultimate adds a re-treatment bond. If your yard is the problem — fleas, ticks, mosquitoes — go Premium or Ultimate.
